Objectives of the course

The Ayurveda means Science of life. The Ayurveda is a holistic medicine whose master word is “taking care of the being” in all its dimensions, from physical to spiritual. Ayurvedic medicine is an integral part of Sri Lankan culture which has used herbs and plants of the island for millenaries in order to heal.

The Ayurveda is not only a natural medicine but also a philosophy, an art of living which admits a privileged place to massages which restore a global harmony in ourselves.

The course in Ayurvedic Massage will allow you to acquire and master the ways of harmonisation, revitalisation and re-equilibration of the energies in the entire body.

Housing

Housing during the course is planned at the heart of a wooded garden near Bentota on the Eastern Coast of Sri Lanka.

Your living expenses are covered during your stay, the price includes :
